Spectrum Finance Progress Update #5
Hi! We haven’t had many new developments this week, but the project has some news, which we will cover in this article.
🎉 Now we are Spectrum Finance
Our team has moved away from the original name “Spectrum” to “Spectrum Finance”. We define Spectrum Finance as an open-source cross-chain DEX, which will be built on a multi-chain network, called Spectrum Network.

🌐 Spectrum Network
- Finished PeerConnectionHandler implementation; https://github.com/ergolabs/spectrum/pull/3
- Started working on NetworkController.
🔁 Spectrum Finance
💎 Core
Added a default trading pair with FLUX. We will tell you more about it on our Twitter very soon.
Work in progress:
- A lot of work is underway to launch the Cardano testnet. We are actively looking for bugs and fixing them.
🎨 Frontend
Added support for ErgoPay into DEX SDK (https://github.com/ergolabs/ergo-dex-sdk-js/pull/28/files, https://github.com/ergolabs/ergo-sdk-js/pull/24/files).
Work in progress:
- Finalising ErgoPay support in the Spectrum Finance.
